Dove nasce il nostro formaggio ..Gustavo

Most of our milk is located in the main cheese maker of the valley Caseificio Sociale Val di Fassa in order to create the well known Cher de Fascia cheese which is made with the collection of milk from all local farms. But we use a small part of our milk to create our own jogurt and cheese called GUSTAVO.

Our milk got the Italian DOP quality brand.. and we are so proud of our grey cows!
