Where our cheeses are born?
We process all the milk that our grey cows produce, in our dairy. Early morning few litres of our fresh milked milk to the Agritur for our guests’ breakfast and for our chef, and we prepare the booked bottles to be delivered to our customers.
We work by ourself everything else. Silvano transforms the milk into our Alp-Yogurt e into many types of cheese: Gustavo, Omnibus, Historico, Sauvis et Delicatus, Nova et Vetera…
